1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all equipment, air conditioners, or any parts must meet the following criteria:
Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and any other components.
Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any damages, scratches, or defects.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from generalacdubai.com is required.
2. Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 14 business days from the date of delivery or installation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or Special Orders: Items made to specific customer specifications.
Installed or Used Items: Any product that has been installed, used, or altered.
Electrical Components: Due to safety concerns, electrical parts and components are non-returnable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 25 business days.
